Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping - on select items
Many of our products are labeled “Flat Rate Shipping”. These items ship for one low flat rate of $12.99 no matter how many items or how much of each you buy.
Custom Freight Quotes - on large bulk orders
For oversize equipment or large orders with multiple items or cases feel free to use our custom freight quote feature. This notifies us to search for the cheapest and most efficient way to bundle and ship your items on pallets by freight. Your custom shipping quote is emailed to you for your approval before shipping. Buying in bulk can substantially reduce the cost of shipping large orders. Please keep in mind, this feature is for large bulk orders only and can slow down shipping time.
Same Day Shipping – on most orders
Most of our inventory is “In Stock” and ready for immediate shipment: often same or next business day via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If your order is “time sensitive”, please notify us before placing order and we will do everything we can to expedite the order and select the appropriate shipping method to meet your deadline. We cannot be held responsible for orders arriving late due to shipping carrier delays, as these issues are beyond our control. Please place orders with enough time for shipping and any unforeseen carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
We are keenly aware of the high cost of shipping and are committed to keeping these costs as low as possible for our customers. Our website generates estimated shipping costs at checkout based on pre-installed information and are often very accurate. There are some scenarios where this system may not be as accurate such as multiple items shipping together and so on. When your order is placed online your credit card is not charged until the order is packed and the best shipping rates are calculated. The shipping cost you pay will never be more than the estimated total given at checkout, but may be less. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cost of your shipping please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Non-Stock Items
While we are committed to maintaining a robust inventory of products, a few of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer or built to order. Some of these items may require extra processing and shipping times as well as a custom shipping quote. We will notify you via email or phone if your item(s) require additional shipping or processing time.

Our online payment portal is PCI compliant. Your credit card information is encrypted and secure.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for all online orders. For large orders and big equipment purchases we may request to pay by check due to the high cost of credit card processing. All order balances are charged prior to shipping. All charges will appear on your statement under the name Ice Concepts Inc.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a PA location will be charged 6% sales tax. Orders shipped outside PA will not be charged sales tax but it becomes the responsibility of the buyer to report any sales tax due to their state sales tax office. Any buyer can submit a Sales Tax Exemption Number and we will keep it on file for future purchases. Simply ask us to forward the form to you, fill in the appropriate information and exemption number and email it back to us. With that form on file any sales tax that is charged at checkout will be removed before processing payment card.
Returns
Standard Return Policy
We source and test every product we sell to ensure the quality and functionality of it. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your items or they do not function as described: feel free to contact our office to arrange a return authorization. Once returned; if the item is deemed “defective”, we will refund the purchase price and pay for return shipping. If the product is deemed “not defective”, then the purchase price is refunded but not the return shipping.
Modified Tool Return Policy
Some items such as modified power tools and custom made bits are not returnable unless defective when they arrive. Any tools modified from their original state of manufacture, either by IceCarvingEquipment.com or by purchaser, are no longer covered under the original manufacturer warranty. All liability and responsibility is assumed by customer.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Any items or packages that arrive with damage from shipping please make notation with delivery driver and contact our office immediately to file a claim with carrier. We will make every effort to replace damaged items in a timely manner.
Product Warranties
All non-modified power tools and mechanical equipment carry their original manufacturer warranty. IceCarvingEquipment.com does not offer or extend any additional warranty coverage. Any warranty claims are between the purchaser and the manufacturer.
